Outplacement and Career Transition Services
Randstad’s career transition team consist of leading behavioural psychologists, experienced senior managers and case managers who are dedicated to helping organisations going through change and redundancy — by giving people the best possible transition to their next place of work.
Our career transition services support people who have been redeployed or retrenched by reviewing their career, assessing their current situation, helping them with interview skills and providing whatever support they need to find a new role.
