about the job
Your key role as an Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the team, thereby ensuring smooth daily operations and building a collaborative work environment. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Updating the internal database
- Processing invoices
- Formatting of documents
- Handling expense claims
- Assisting with payroll matters
- Printing, filing and photocopying documents
- Liaising with external vendors and international counterparts
about the manager/team
You report directly into the Director to ensure that the office operations are efficient at all times. You will take on a flexible and committed approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is a crucial and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills and experience required
The successful incumbent for this role is preferred to come with at least 2 years of Administrative experience in a professional services industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and switched on individual who demonstrates quick and fast learning skills and possesses excellent communication skills.
