A fantastic opportunity for individuals who are skilled in developing strategic and innovative marketing plans for the safe handling solutions business. You would be actively involved in supporting the sales and other functional teams to achieve defined business goals.

As the marketing manager, you will be required to effectively:

  • Collaborate with the regional marketing teams to direct the operations for the achievement of business goals that includes increasing market share, revenue and maximizing profit goals.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team to provide an overall direction for the future operational infrastructure of systems and processes aligned with growth objectives of the business.
  • Monitor market trends and critical concepts with the country business teams in the region, translating them into the marketing strategy for the business and also supporting the regional sales teams to drive new concepts at the customer end.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with the regional Key Opinion Leaders along with the Clinical Services Director in ensuring that new trends and developments are being articulated to them regularly to maintain long term partnership and remain competitive in the market.

about the manager/team
Reporting to the regional business manager, you will be working closely with the sales and the clinical teams to achieve the organisation’s business goals.

skills & experience required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of working experience in sales and marketing within the medical device or pharmaceuticals business. Possessing an MBA in Marketing is advantageous as well as prior knowledge in patient monitoring/monitoring IT.
