about the job
Reporting to Head of HR, they are seeking for an Assistant HR Manager to join the team. You will be playing a pivotal role within the full suite of Learning & Development, which includes designing training needs analysis, devloping of career training road map, etc. You will be the subject matter expert for all Learning & Development activities and can also expect to be involved in assisting with day to day HR operations and administration.
skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development. You should also have HR operations experience as a Generalist. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels.
