Seeking an experienced candidate to join their Operations team

about the job

Your day to day responsibilities includes:

Managing and controlling the Branch Proximity Operational services to meet the needs of Branch’s business activities in Lending, Financial Markets, Payments and Account Opening.

Ensure operational support in order to achieve business objectives.

Reviewing and checking Account Opening Documents; following up on discrepancies and rectification

Daily operational support activities in sending advices, statements, confirmations, guarantees, cheques/drafts for closing accounts, swift messages distribution, static data changes, setups for Swift payment channels etc.

Monitor Monthly CDD reports and follow up on closure of bad, exit or expired CDD Customers including reports and audit confirmations

Management Services – Service meetings, Management reporting

Outsourcing Management – review SLA , service products and outsourcing reviews

Incident Management – Raise, review and follow up remediation plans for incidents

Audits – responsible for internal and external audit co-ordination and remediation of audit points involving Operations.

Ensure control and accuracy of Regulatory Reportings

FATCA withholding and reporting, issues, reviews and queries. Sending W8BEN E forms and keeping records of received W8BEN and W9 forms

CRS reporting, issues, reviews and queries.

skills and experience required

Experience in managing outsourced services and service management

Experience in regulatory matters relating to Banking Operations (FATCA, CRS, Local regulations)

Experience in complex stakeholder-management with Front Office and Support Functions

At least 6 years of corporate banking operations experiences, including Account Opening and Customer Due Diligence.
