An established service provider is looking to hire a Corporate Secretarial Administrator to join the Singapore office.

about the job

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing portfolio of clients
  • Incorporation of companies
  • Preparation of resolutions
  • Efiling of transactions with ACRA
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

about the manager / team

You will report directly to the Manager in Singapore. You will take on a proactive and friendly approach when handling internal queries and requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive and encouraging work environment.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to be ICSA qualified, and to come with at least 2 years of corporate secretarial experience. You are an independent worker who demonstrates excellent communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail and an ability to take initiative in your work.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$3500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a rewarding work experience!
