about the job
This is a newly created headcount and the responsibilities are:

  • Limit Control
    • Maintains checks and authorises the set-up (input/amendment/cancellation etc.) of credit facility limits in relevant Bank’s
  • Collateral Monitoring
    • Ensures proper and complete credit facility/security documentation in accordance with the relevant facility/security agreements.
    • Safe-keeping of original credit facility/security documents.
    • Inputs, maintains and authorises collateral data in relevant Bank’s systems, and monitors expiring collaterals and traces for renewals.
  • Loan Administration / operations (inclusive of being a Facility agent )
    • Liaise with bilateral customers, facility agent banks, lenders, borrowers and relevant departments (for loan drawdowns, rollovers, prepayments and repayments).
    • Processing (input/authorises) of loan transactions and fees settlements in the relevant Bank’s systems.
    • Ensures proper recordings and maintenance of loan administration files.
  • Reporting
    • Co-ordinates with other departments, branches and Head Office on reporting requirements.
    • Prepares reports for use by Credit department, Branch Management, Head Office and MAS.
  • Other Administrative Tasks related to Team:
    • Supports other initiatives / adhoc tasks as assigned.
    • Supports resolution of operational issues, and implementation of continuous work process improvements.
  • SGP Holiday coverage
    • Supports other branches activities during SGP holidays



skills and experience required

  • General Certificate of Education ‘A’ level, Diploma in Banking & Finance/Business Administration or higher.
  • at least 5 years of relevant experience in credit administration and agency laons
  • Aircraft financing experience preferred.
