about the job
This is a confidential Executive Assistant Role to my client's Regional Head and their team. You'll be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management calendar for meetings and appointments. You will also arrange and follow up on international travel arrangements/reservations involving multiple locations and individuals and process all related travel expenses. You will be preparing technical/ complex presentations, graphs and spreadsheets for statistical and management reports, as well as marketing materials, contact lists, correspondences, etc. You'll be responsible for organizing and coordinating key workshops and meetings – including overseas venues for large meetings. You will also prepare materials for the meetings and take minutes accordingly.
You'll manage all SOP matters to ensure compliance at all time and deliver tasks and communicate professionally with all levels in accordance with company values & behaviours.

skills and experience required
To qualify for this role you will have at least 10 years minimum relevant working experience and excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. You will be customer-oriented and have the ability to communicate with all levels. You will have high initiative and a meticulous eye for details. You'll be a strong team player with have good interpersonal skills
