about the job
Your key role as an Executive Assistant is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Department, thereby ensuring efficient daily operations and building a collaborative work environment. Apart from handling the diary and travel arrangements, you will be required to support in the coordination of meetings, minutes taking work, and simple maintenance of the department website. You will also be responsible of organizing events, coordinating off site meetings and liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders.
about the manager/team
You report directly into the Head of Department to ensure that the office operations are efficient at all times. You will take on a proactive and initiative filled approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a friendly work environment.
skills and experience required
The successful incumbent for this role is preferred to come with at least 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience in a professional services company. We are looking for a passionate individual who is able to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations, and who possesses an excellent work attitude.
In return this role will offer a salary up to S$5000 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
