about the job
This position is responsible for executive level secretarial support for the General Manager who holds a regional portfolio and is the most senior person in the Singapore office. The core tasks include calendar management, coordinating meetings, business travel planning, and expenses claims management. In addition, this role will assist 3 other investment professionals in ad-hoc secretarial support. Attention to detail is a must and independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.

This role will report into the General Manager of the Singapore office who is the CEO-equivalent.
skills & experience required
The ideal incumbent must possess solid communication skills both written and verbal, with a strong eye for details and is meticulous. This role is well-suited for somebody who can multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure. You will also need to maintain confidentiality and work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team. Candidates with working experience in financial institutions may be preferred and minimum 7 years of relevant executive secretarial experience is a must. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is required.
