about the job
Reporting to the HR Director APAC of the company, they are seeking to recruit a HR Head for Singapore and South Korea. You will be leading a team of 10 and take overall responsibility for over 1300 headcounts in both Singapore and South Korea. This will be a highly strategic role where you will be responsible for the full suite of development for the company’s HR policies and processes. You will be expected to be involved in the full cycle of policies development – design, develop, implement, and to also be involve in the company’s talent and performance management activities. You are also required to pro-actively business partner stakeholders and participate in identifying best practices for the company, in line with country specific imperatives.

skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with exposure in managing a region. You should have prior experience in leading and managing a team and must be proficient in effective communication with both internal stakeholders. You will need to be able to handle ambiguous situations well and be highly adaptable to work at all levels.
