about the job

As a HR Coordinator for SEA, you will be managing the full HR Operations for the local and regional offices in SEA. You will also partner the business to understand the retail ground operations to promote employees relations, recruitment, payroll checking and ensuring smooth running of daily BAU. Our scope will include but not limiting to:

  • Administering leave records and updating of HR database
  • Full cycle of on-boarding and of boarding
  • Partner the stakeholders within the business, walk the retail floor to identify gaps for improvements
  • Organize company’s key events and activities and liaise with external vendors for requests and other matters when required
  • Office management; ordering of office supplies, facilities management, issuance of staff access card, keys


about the manager/team

Reporting directly to the managing Director, you will undertake the role of a sole contributor to assist the business to achieve business objectives and to continue growing together with the organization. You will have a funcitonal report back in Hong Kong with a dedicated HR team over there to provide HR directions and suppport for you.


skills and experience required

You will be Diploma/Degree qualified and demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity. Experience in the consumer/retail business in the similar industry is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well under minimal supervision who likes the engagement piece of the HR function to get engage and walk the retail floor. You will find yourself in a dynamic, service oriented environment packaged with good culture in a close knitted team.
