Based in the regional HQ you will be responsible for working closely with HR Business Partners to manage the end to end recruitment process for Asia. Other projects will included liaising with the senior management team on manpower planning for the Asia and designing and implementing a new on boarding and off boarding process. You will also support the HR Business Partner on HR operations and HR projects

skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 5+ years experience in an in house recruitment role looking to get more exposure to generalist HR or a HR Business Partner with a heavy focus on recruitment. This experience managing the end to end recruitment process and exposure in banking recruitment in APAC you will have strong communications skills you will have the ability to influence key stakeholders and liaise with head of departments
This is a contract role with the chance to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.
