about the job
Reporting to the General Manager, in this fast paced role you are required to be a resourceful and well networked talent acquisition specialist. You will partner with various business unit heads to understand their future talent needs and maintain a rich talent pipe line. In this solo contributor role you will work on employee retention and employee engagement activities. You will be responsible for implementation of HR policies and budget. You will support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of employees.
skills and experience required
You will have at least 4 years of talent acquisition experience in agency/ in house capacity with a degree or diploma in any field. You should be a resourceful and well networked person who can maintain a rich talent pipeline for the dynamic business. A HR generalist background with managerial experience will be an added advantage. Good communication skills, business fronting abilities, head hunting methods will make you successful in the role.
