We are partnering with a well established and renowned construction client to assist them in hiring an experienced and stable HR manager to lead their HR team.
about the role
Reporting to the director in this challenging and demanding managerial role you will be leading a team of HR executives. You are an experienced HR generalist with good hands on experience in handling day to day HR functions. You will be a strategic partner to senior managers and stake holders. You are well versed with business and have good understanding of converting business needs to HR plans. You have reviewed and amended company HR policies and procedures to make sure they are aligned with MOM and other statutory requirements. You must have worked on manpower budgeting and planning.
skills and experience
You have a degree with 8 years of HR experience in construction industry. You have managed a team of HR generalist and have good understanding of various HR functions and operations. In this matrix reporting role you will be a people’s person who can develop relationships and liaise with employees at all levels. You should understand statutory policies, procedures and employment acts of the country. A good understanding of HRIS system (PeopleSoft/ SAP) will be an added advantage.
