about the job
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Assessing, settling and processing life claims promptly and accurately
- Handling claim investigation appeals and delivering excellent customer service
- Determining claim amount payable based on policy covers
- Managing claim matters, complaints and enquiries from external and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining and improving team's operational efficiency and effectiveness
skills and experience required
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Diploma holder with at least 2 years of experience of Individual Claims assessment
- Be meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
