about the job
The Singapore team are looking for an Inside Sales Support Executive. This is a new role where you will be reporting to the Sales Director and maintaining regular and high levels of engagement with customers across the region as well as updating customer relationship management databases (Salesforce, SalesLogix, etc). You will also ensure a high level of service contracts such as Annual maintenance agreement, Software maintenance agreements and Annual calibration contracts. You'll determine and communicate customers’ maintenance and purchase requirements whilst also facilitating sales and service follow-ups for the direct and indirect salesforce. Furthermore you will assist the global marketing communications programs across the various BUs.
skills and experience required
You will be someone who is a strong team player but equally able to work indendently using initiative. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in sales and/or service regional support role and familiarity with working across ASEAN markerts . You'll also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and experienced in CRM/SFA tools (Saleforce, Saleslogix etc). You will be confident supporting marketing initiatives (exhibitions, seminars, symposiums, web-seminars, etc.) and ideally will have inside sales support experience.
