about the job

You will need to coordinate all projects, operational and building issues as well as assisting in tenancy and leasing matters for all their outlets in Singapore in the various shopping malls. You will respond and handle prospects/ tenants on their requests and ensure proper follow up especially their technical requirements for the outlets. You will work closely with the building’s centre management to provide efficient services to tenants/ prospects. In addition, you will handle all lease administration duties including conduct due diligence checks on prospective /existing tenants ie. ROC, ACRA and bankruptcy searches to verify financial stability; as well as e-stamping for letter of offers or any other contract/legal document (where applicable). You will also handle all office routine tasks such as request for project quotations, purchase requisition, proper filing and project documentations.

This role reports directly to the Head of Real Estate. This position is ideal for somebody who wants career progression from a leasing administration role to leasing and business development or client services. It is also ideal for somebody from a service provider who is now looking to join a vendor for greater exposure and a fresh perspective.

skills & experience required

You should possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineering/ Estate Management/ Real Estate or its equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in managing commercial buildings. This job is well-suited for somebody who is meticulous with positive working attitudes, a pleasant disposition and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. The ideal incumbent must also have good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
