An international legal firm with offices around the globe is seeking a Legal Secretary (Corporate) to join the Singapore office.

about the job

You will be responsible for providing support to the Partner and Associates in ensuring smooth daily operations and building a supportive work environment. Being the Legal Secretary, your duties include:

  • Diary management
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Scheduling and organisation of meetings
  • Attending the meetings and taking down minutes and action points
  • Preparation of the billing administration
  • Drafting and formatting of legal documentation
  • Audiotyping
  • Preparation of powerpoint slides

about the manager / team

You will report directly into the Partner in the Corporate team to ensure that the office operations are smooth and seamless. You will take on a proactive and meticulous approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 4 years of legal secretarial experience in an international law firm. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, good in multi tasking and demonstrate an ability to work independently and in teams in a face paced environment.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$4500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
