about the job
You will be supporting the Commercial Unit which consists of 2 Directors and a wider team of around 20. You'll be responsible for the calendar management of the Directors as well as the travel arrangements for the whole unit. You'll organize meetings and events that fall every quarter and be in charge of the submission of expense reports. At commercial meetings you will take minutes and ensure all is recorded accurately. You'll be managing tender and hospital quotations as well as cordinating with internal stakeholders for all relevant documentation, and arrange for submission of final response via relevant channels (e.g. courier, Rx mailbox, ARIBA, etc). You will support logistic arrangement for local and overseas events (e.g. Speaker tour, overseas congress/internal meeting, etc). It will also fall under your responsibility to prepare sponsorship letters.
skills and experience required
You will be a proactive and resourceful individual and have relevant experience ideally within the health-care or life sciences industry. You will be a great multi-tasker and be able to work flexibly and independently when required.
