An international law firm is looking to hire an Office Administrator to join the Singapore office.

about the job

Your key role as an Office Administrator is to provide administrative support to the team, thereby ensuring smooth daily operations and building a collaborative work environment. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Handling facilities coordination work

· Updating annual leave records for the employees

· Updating the phone directory

· Liaising with external vendors and international counterparts

· Assisting with the coordination of events and seminars

about the manager/team

You report directly into the Office Manager to ensure that the office operations are efficient at all times. You will take on a friendly and dedicated approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is a crucial and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills and experience required

The successful incumbent for this role is preferred to come with at least 3 years of Administrative experience in a professional services industry. We are looking for an optimistic and switched on individual who demonstrates initiative at work and possesses excellent communication skills.
