This position is responsible for executive level secretarial support for the new Director of Human Resources. The core tasks include calendar management, coordinating meetings, business travel planning, and expenses claims management. In addition, this role will support 5 other team members in some HR administrative matters.

This headcount sits within human resource department of the bank.

skills & experience required

The ideal incumbent must possess solid communication skills both written and verbal, with a strong eye for details and is meticulous. This role is well-suited for somebody who can multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure. You will also need to maintain confidentiality and work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team. Candidates with secretarial working experience in banking and financial services may be preferred and minimum 5 years of relevant executive secretarial experience supporting HR department or C-suite is a must. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is required.
