The ideal incumbent must possess solid communication skills both written and verbal, with a strong eye for details and is meticulous. This role is well-suited for somebody who can multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure. You will also need to maintain confidentiality and work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team. Candidates with secretarial working experience in banking and financial services may be preferred and minimum 5 years of relevant executive secretarial experience supporting HR department or C-suite is a must. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is required.
