about the job
This role will be a fantastic opportunity to individuals adept in ensuring attainment of sales objectives by providing excellent service and advice to existing customers within assigned hospitals and surgeons as well as bringing in new accounts to increase market share.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for a range of critical tasks that include:
- Maintaining good rapport with existing customers and provide account management to retain existing customers
- Build and establish relationships with key decision makers to grow sales and market share
- Plan and execute sales response to industry, market, customer and competitive trends to support sales strategy and develop sales solutions.
- Conduct product training/workshops and in service training

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be part of a team of 2 in achieving the organization’s commercial goals and objectives.
skills & experience required
To be successful in this role, you have a strong proven experience of at least 2 years in direct sales and possess an understanding of developing and implementing sales strategies. You are proficient in managing/handling objections and possessing prior experience in the cardiology industry (medical devices/pharmaceuticals) is advantageous.
