Having said that, they are now looking for an exclusive new headcount to champion the purchasing and logistics adminitration function in the heart of the region

about the job

  • You will be responsible for purchasing and logistics coordination, order processing, shipping documentation preparations and nevertheless overseeing the logistics operations
  • Assisting purchasing leaders in tenders in compliant to group policy, order statuses, data entry and updating the groups stock coverage will also be essential in this role
  • In conjunction, he or she will also prepare daily payments & vouchers for its business partners and work independantly on corss functional office support for pre and post sales initiatives
  • Other elements of this individual will also pride the responsibility of arranging travel plans, event organization, courier arrangements, general office administration and any other duties assigned by respective stakeholders for the benefit of the organization

skills and experience required

  • Experienced in purchasing and trading related work, contract execution and order processing
  • Responsible and well organizated with a commercial mindset
  • Somone that has strong initiatives, willingness to learn and adapt to company changes and pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills that loves to work in a team environment but with the understanding of an individual contributor mindset
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suites, Shipping Documents (LC, BOL, COO), industry relevance and proven negotiations with suppliers would be of added advantage
