about the job
You will need to professionally answer, screen, and route all incoming calls as well as greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner. In addition, you will purchase, stock, and organize all groceries in the pantry, maintain lunch food ordering system, and assist with office supplies ordering. You will also have to assist with office activities and events as needed, manage internal events calendars and create posters and signage. You will be responsible for the overall reception area daily and maintain its appearance throughout the day. You will have the added responsibilities of providing on-going administrative support to senior management as needed, including travel, calendars, expense reports, etc.
about the manager / team
You will work closely with the Office Manager who also holds responsibilities for HR functions in the company. You will report directly to the Managing Director of the Singapore office.
skills & experience required
You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent phone etiquette. You must also be proficient in MS Outlook for email and calendaring and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This job is well-suited for somebody who is confident with initiative, the ability to learn new things quickly, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal incumbent should also have previous experience in a corporate office environment and be flexible when it comes to working hours.
