about the company:
A highly ambitious business in renewable energy has an exciting and challenging regional resourcing advisor role for the right candidate and promises high growth opportunities. Our client is looking to hire talented, stable and hands on Talent Acquisition people for their growing business in Singapore.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for talent acquisition needs of different business units in the region. In this extensively business fronting role you will liaise with senior stake holders and management to understand their TA needs and maintain future talent pipeline. You will be responsible for streamlining the TA process and developing the existing system.
A degree in HR or related field with 8 years experience in hiring Retail/ FMCG/ Logistic/ Procurement/Supply chain roles for all levels will help you be successful in this position. If you have experience in campus recruitments and recruitment drives, it will be an added advantage. You should have good mix of agency and in-house recruitment experience. If you are an extrovert person who is resilient and dedicated to resourcing with good relationship building skills and ability to front business , this is the role for you.
