about the job
In this dual reporting line role, you will be reporting to the Regional Head of Shared Services and the Regional HR Director. You will be part of the team as a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, and will play a vital role in identifying top talent for the business. You are also required to perform talent pipe-lining for potential hires, interact and partner external vendors to identify and drive better processes for the business. You will be assigned a regional portfolio and will work with business leaders to fulfil talent identification and support any relevant hiring needs.
skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with recruiting and performing talent acquisition duties on a regional scale. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices in Singapore and APAC
