about the job
You will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that include:
- Providing training to Service engineers and technicians in regional service centres in ensuring expected level and quality of technical service.
- Ensuring the service centre physical environments satisfy the relevant OH&S requirements and are equipped to provide the expected level and quality of technical service.
- Ensuring communication across all customers, are supported with up-to-date information they need to maintain the expected level and quality of technical service.
- Assisting with repair work in the local Service Centre when required as a means of maintaining his/her own technical competence.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Regional Affairs Manager, you will provide full leadership in coordinating, delivering and training of the technical service function align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
skills & experience required
To be successful in this role, you have a strong proven experience of at least 6 years as a service engineer within the medical devices space. Prior experience as a trainer would be highly advantageous to the success of this position.
