about the job
You will assist your Manager in preparing sales forecast, updating sales report and monthly management report with information collated from various departments for submission to the Finance Manager and Managing Director. In addition, you will help to update the inventory forecast, place order for office stationeries and organise team-bonding activities. This role will also have secretarial support responsibilities such as business travel arrangements if any of the senior team member has such a requirement.

You will report to the General Manager who heads up the entire department of about 50 staff.
skills & experience required
You should be tertiary educated with minimum 3 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience supporting a sales team due to the various reports that you will need to submit on behalf. In addition, you should be able to work within tight deadlines, be happy to communicate with colleagues across various departments, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
