Our client is a global leader in the datacenter business, due to continued strong growth, they are now looking for an exceptional Sales Manager (individual contributor capacity).

about the job

You'll take on multi-faceted, highly challenging and stimulating responsibilties. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'd work closely together.

  • Responsible for sale of datacenter leasing
  • Sourcing of transactions through various channels and on a direct-to-customer basis
  • Manage existing partnerships and build relationships with government economic agencies
  • Establish and present value propositions of products and services distinctively
  • Deliver powerful, effective business presentations focusing on value propositions, identifying pain points and recommending tailored solutions
  • Present and run through deal business terms and operational details to management
  • Attend trade shows
  • Basic technical understanding of power and cooling is ideal
  • Work collaboratively with overseas divisions
  • Budget - 330k OTE

Business Development

  • Solid sales track record with high-level account management skills
  • Proven ability to penetrate and build relations with large corporate enterprises
  • Able to deliver powerful, effective presentations to C-level and key decision makers
  • Highly refined negotiation skills

Interpersonal & communication skills

  • Well-polished communicator with high level negotiation skills
  • Ability to work highly collaboratively with multiple teams

Experience and education

  • 6+ years relevant experience and bachelor degree
