about the job
You will be responsible for the end to recruitment process for Singapore and Korea managing the recruitment process and workflow optimization, recruitment system integration, operations compliance, vendor management, senior management engagements and staff management within the TA function. Partnering with hiring managers on talent acquisition you will source the best candidates for the business and build talent pipelines for critical positions. You will also participate in recruiting ad hoc projects such as campus recruiting, marketing and branding initiatives, alumni, developing and creating interview guides, job descriptions, and sourcing techniques
about the manager/team
You will report to the recruitment manager and the Head of HR
skills and experience required
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 3+ years in in house recruitment ideally in technology. With experience of managing the end to end recruitment process you will have good stakeholder management skills partnering with hiring managers and recruitment vendors. Hands on you will be comfortable recruiting at all level of the business using a variety of sourcing channels such as Linkedin, employee referrals, job boards and headhunting.
