about the job

As an End to End Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will be working alongside corporate directors, stakeholders and leading a team of strategic specialists to ensure continuous improvement, cost efficiency and strategy implementations driven towards customers.

You will also take an active role in the SEA management team to support a profitable growth in the region and develop Supply Chain capabilities in the region based on regional demand and country unique demand in order to retain motivated and talented people, but also to support the expected high growth in the region

Supporting high quality forecasting of demand in region together with distributors and sales and marketing group, updating APO for sales in on a monthly basis, based on regional demand forecasting, continuously analyzing and developing the forecasting tools to ensure efficiency would also be another pivotal action

The successful candidate will also perform & revieiw monthly reconciliation of inventory in the consignment warehouses versus SAP together with continuously reviewing and evaluating appointed logistics partners (locally and internationally), and compliantly procure alternative solutions based on ISO guidelines in the market for end to end supply chain operations

In addition, you will drive and implement local market KPI’s relevant to the complete supply chain spectrum in conjunction with managers with all direct reports in order to cultivate a culture of excellence likewise to develop and update training materials/work instructions and train all relevant stakeholders in these processes including new employee orientation.

Reporting in to the Global Supply Chain Director and dotted line into the Country Manager whereby you will manage a matrix team of professional priding strong team focus and open communications

skills and experience required

  • Previous experience minimum 2-years in a managerial position with reporting lines
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in a supply chain position in an international organization.
  • Exposure to Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Healthcare Practices would be advantageous
  • SAP SD / APO and MM experience is preferable
  • SAP knowledge
  • Knowledge on logistics operations (warehouse and freight)
  • Expereince working in corporate, commecial and matrix environment
  • Process driven, high level of integrity
  • Project Leadership and Line management leadership skills – Strong Communication skills
  • Process and analytical skills, problem solving skills with sharp decision making abilities
  • Planning & Organisation
  • Stakeholder management - Customer focus - Teamwork and collaboration
  • Project budgeting understanding from a demand perspective
