This is one of world's largest company in software development for risk management and processing. Every day most of the banks, corporations and utilities, across the world, rely on this software. As a part of their expansion plans they are seeking a Support Consultant in Singapore.

about the job

As a support consultant, you will participate in proactive client support through each phase of the product life cycle (pre-sales, implementation and support) on issues related to the integration of an enterprise system in the client MIS environment. You will also participate in the deployment, performance and operability of this platform. You will work in close collaboration with the Product Development division. This will require full understanding of the functional environment as well as strong technical knowledge. The ultimate goal is to obtain effective integration of a capital market enterprise system in terms of technical quality and cost. Based in Singapore, you will be performing consulting work to ensure the technical satisfaction of the customers in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

skills and experience required

You need a degree and at least 5yrs of relevant experience in application support with a solid understanding of the issues those arrive in a realtime environment. You should have a prior experience in software development, Experience in banking, financial domain is essential.
