about the job
In this role, you will be reporting to the Regional Head of TA and the Head of HR. You will be part of the team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and will play a vital role in identifying top talent for the business. You are also required to perform talent pipe-lining for potential hires, interact and partner external vendors to identify and drive better processes for the business. You will be assigned a regional portfolio and will work with business leaders to fulfil talent identification and support any relevant hiring needs.
skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with recruiting and performing talent acquisition duties on a regional scale. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices in Singapore and APAC
