We are representing an ambitious brand within the Hospitality sector which is massively expanding operations across the region. They are a multi-million dollar listed business and have exciting plans to grow and gain further market share. Over the past years, they have constantly invested in developing new strategies and processes for their business and are not looking to take a halt on their expansion plans.

about the job

In this role, you will be reporting to the Regional Head of TA and the Head of HR. You will be part of the team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and will play a vital role in identifying top talent for the business. You are also required to perform talent pipe-lining for potential hires, interact and partner external vendors to identify and drive better processes for the business. You will be assigned a regional portfolio and will work with business leaders to fulfil talent identification and support any relevant hiring needs.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with recruiting and performing talent acquisition duties on a regional scale. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices in Singapore and APAC
