An international Education institution is looking to hire a Team Assistant to join the Singapore office.
about the job
Your key role as a Team Assistant is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the team, thereby ensuring smooth daily operations and building a collaborative work environment. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Calendar management
- Coordinating travel and meeting arrangements
- Receptionist duties which include attending to walk in guests
- Administrative duties such as managing the stationery supplies, liaising with internal departments on school events, and printing, filing and photocopying documents
about the manager/team
You report directly into the Manager to ensure that the office operations are efficient at all times. You will take on a proactive and initiative filled approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. You will be a part of a supportive and collaborative team.
skills and experience required
The successful incumbent for this role is preferred to come with at least 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience in an international Education institution. We are looking for a service oriented individual who comes with excellent communication skills, and who possesses a positive work attitude.
In return this role will offer a salary up to S$4000 or commensurate with experience and qualifications.
