They are expanding in Singapore and in the region, and is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Technical Sales Support Engineer to join their software engineering team.
about the job
- You will work closely with the sales team to define a technical sales strategy, take a proactive stand to communicate with customers to gather feedback
- You will be working closely with the Solutions Architect to understand and proposition the product and solution to meet client's needs and requirements
- You will acting as a support sales personnel throughout the sales process with great understanding about the technologies and product
- You will respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, deliver product demonstrations and engage in technical conversations with customers
skills and experience required
- 4+ years of experience working in a pre-sales role with proven success selling in complex, enterprise sales environments to both technical and business buyers at all levels
- Developed Proof of Concepts (POC) plans, architected a solution to address technical and business needs of clients
- Good experience in engaging in technical presentations and demonstrations on digital healthcare-related product across all levels of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Healthcare industry including deep understanding of clinical workflows, application design and delivery standards
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem resolution skills with commercial and technical mindset
