Leading a HR team of 4 and reporting to the Global HR Director, this role will:
- Manage end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management and employer branding, payroll checking
- Drive talent acquisition efforts and build a steady talent pipeline for the region
- Identify training needs and support the learning & development requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other HR initiatives
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ of HR Generalist experience, with experience leading a team
- Strong communication skills and relationship management
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Independent and self-motivated
- Collaborative and a team player
