Our client is a reputable global leader in the heavy/medium vehicle/machinery industry and they’re now looking for a regional aftermarket sales director to head their team.
about the job
- Play a key role in driving the international aftermarket sales strategy, growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute sales plans for each market and take charge of the business analysis and price management
- Focus on cultivating key client relationships and building a strong commercial network
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and for all commercial related matters
- Work on the successful development and implementation of our product offering strategies across all markets
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences and develop business development plans accordingly
- Possess a deep understanding of market data in the automotive/heavy machinery industry, work closely with markets to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process and cost alignment for aftermarket sales initiatives
job requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree/Masters in Business/Finance/Marketing
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with aftermarket sales
- Be comfortable with occasional traveling
- Be comfortable with working with different time zones (e.g. when working with US counterparts)
- Experienced in a managerial position
- Equipped with the B2B sales experience of dealing with distributors, dealers, markets etc.
- Possess strategic planning experience and expert with data & numbers
- Possess experience in the automotive/heavy vehicle/machinery industry
