about the role:
- Responsible for the sales performances and operations of multiple stores across the region.
- Ensure adherence to brands' global operational guidelines across all regions and stores.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to achieve sales targets, analyze KPI reports, and provide performance feedback.
- Plan and execute in-store training programs and mentor Retail Staffs and Store Managers to enhance service standards and product knowledge.
- Ensure stores uphold the highest service standards.
- Work with distribution partners on new store openings.
- Support partners in pre-opening labor planning, scheduling, and order completion for new store setups.
- Work with the VM team to ensure optimised store presentation to maximize sales and align with corporate direction.
- Act as a local market expert, providing insights on trends, competitor activities, and customer service opportunities.
skills and experience required:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in managing multiple stores in the retail industry.
- Experience in overseeing multiple stores.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
