- Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, feedback, salary proposal and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level.
- Conduct market research and mapping to identify talent that aligns with the Organization's current and future needs.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil both hiring needs and bringing in quality talents
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices including exploring new channels to look for suitable candidates
- Other administrative duties as per company’s guideline
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
