Randstad Singapore’s Client Solutions team took the Gold Award for the hotly contested Best Client Service Award at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2017 on the 7th of April.
The Client Solutions team has been specifically set up to support Randstad in generating new business leads and servicing key accounts. This structure has allowed the business to provide higher value services in the form of stronger industry knowledge, individualised client service and inter-division collaboration to streamline communications and sharing of best practices.
The team also developed and implemented the new Sales Charter Framework, leading to significant improvements in business performance and client experience. In line with building industry expertise, the Sales Charter Framework included industry focus groups for consultants, which were quickly adopted across the business as a standard platform for sharing latest industry trends and insights, as well as potential opportunities for cross-selling.
Mark Li, Director - Client Solutions, Randstad Singapore said, "We’re incredibly proud of the efforts put in by our dedicated Client Solutions team and the results we have managed to garner over the past year. With the new Sales Charter Framework, the business has been able to provide a high standard of service in a consistent manner for our clients, improving their experience with Randstad in both a hiring scope as well as a strategic partner.”
