A market leading European payroll outsourcing MNC is currently recruiting for a Director of Operations APAC

about the job
The role will be responsible for delivering the global payroll strategy, payroll processes and be responsible for the day to day management of the APAC Payroll Team. You will be responsible for managing clients, payroll partners and accountable for the identification and delivery of continuous improvement of payroll delivery within the region.

about the manager/team
Reporting into the Global Head of Operation in Europe and managing a team of 5 Managers

skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with 10 year experience in leading payroll operations across APAC . You will have experience managing multiple clients with complex payroll and managing partners in countries across APAC. With a strong payroll operations experience you will have experience leading large teams to hit KPI's and SLA agreements and have experience of developing managers and employee to meet client expectations
