about the job
You will provide secretarial and administrative support to a team of bankers. Duties are both semi-complex and confidential in nature requiring the use of discretion. Individuals regularly follow and apply established company departmental policies, procedures and standards in making day-to-day decisions. This include planning and arranging extensive overseas travel arrangements – eg visas, flights & accommodation, being responsible for diary management, travel arrangements and scheduling meetings, preparing travel and entertainment expense reports and provide deal expense breakdown reports, providing support for office related admin, as well as coordinating team activities and events.

You will support a team of 8 investment bankers, ranging from Managing Director to Analyst levels.
skills & experience required
The suitable candidate must possess minimum 10 years of secretarial experience, with some years within investment banking environment. The ideal incumbent should also be professional and service oriented, an enthusiastic team player, be flexible and willing to handle last minute changes and issues as they arise, possess s strong work ethic and strong sense of urgency, eager to get involved and fully participate in the team, “can do “attitude, and also able to anticipate scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions.
