about the job
You will assist in business trip arrangements (includes visa applications and arrangements for flights, hotels and taxi bookings) for senior management, as well as assist in the creation of expense claim forms and record keeping. In addition, you will provide administrative support for conferences and events held in the office on an ad hoc basis. There will also be a hybrid of human resources duties for this role. You will help in payroll, recruitment and other HR administration matters.

This role reports to the Human Resource and Administration Manager. There are 2 other colleagues in the team.
skills & experience required
You should possess a Degree, ideally in Human Resources or other business-related majors. This role is well-suited for somebody with a very positive attitude and the ability to multi-task well. You must also posess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
