about the job
You will provide management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics while supporting the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges by utilizing data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs. You will also communicate findings to the business stakeholders and recommend suggestions to meet business objectives based on existing data, trends and statistics. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified with 5 years of relevant data analysis experience preferably with focus in the HR function of the business. You will also be someone that is good with numbers with analytical business acumen. Communication skills are of an essence to this role and you will be someone who is comfortable and confident in presentation skills coupled with the ability to relate to stakeholders of all levels and cultural backgrounds.
