about the job
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, they are seeking for a HR Business Partner to join the team, for their manufacturing facility. You will be involved in the end-to-end processes of business partnering and can expect to be involved in both strategic and operational responsibilities. You will be working closely with the relevant regional HR reps to establish and build solid framework for the organization’s Talent Management portfolio. You can also expect to be involved in otherl HR responsibilities, playing a pivotal role in leading employee engagement, performance management, total rewards partnering, etc.
skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should possess prior experience in managing a small team and managing a regional portfolio. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels.
