about the job
Reporting into the Associate Director for this new business, they are looking to hire a strategic HR project management analyst. You will be expected to engage multiple stakeholders and also manage relationship with external vendors. You will be expected to liaise closely with other internal business units such as finance and legal, to drive policies improvement and best practices. You are also responsible for the full cycle of on-boarding to off-boarding, as well as interviews and recruitment coordination.
skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources project management within the financial services industry. You should be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels. You should also be highly proficient in working with data/numbers, and also be proficient in MS office applications.
