Payroll Consultant/ Implementation Consultant

Our client is a MNC with extensive regional presence. They are rapidly expanding business in APAC to meet growing demand from their clients and in the process, are hiring stable, confident and business fronting consultants for their payroll solution implementation.

about the role:

Reporting to the regional program manager, in this highly business fronting and consultative role you will be responsible to support solutions team in the implementation of payroll solution at client end. You will be involved in complete implementation and testing life cycle and will handle requirement analysis, payroll system configuration and testing. You will prepare documentation outlines, payroll process time lines and do parallel testing post implementation.

skills and experience required:

To be successful in this role you should have at least 3 years of hands on payroll experience in local/regional market. Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to articulate and document client requirements is required. Experience in implementation of payroll system is highly desirable. If you are a confident communicator with ability to understand payroll business and desire to be in business fronting regional role, you are welcome to apply.
