An international legal firm with offices across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific is seeking a Legal Secretary (Litigation) to join the Singapore office. In a highly professional and driven environment, lawyers and business services staff work closely together in making a difference for their clients.

about the job

You are primarily responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Marine team. The key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Preparation of legal documentation
  • Heavy bundling work
  • Diary and file management
  • Typing, editing and proofreading correspondences and legal documents.
  • Scheduling and organisation of meetings
  • Preparation of the billing administration

about the manager / team

You will report directly into the Partner in the Litigation team. You will take on a proactive and committed approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills and experience required

The ideal incumbent for this role comes with at least 3 years of relevant legal secretarial experience. You possess an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels. You are a keen and fast learner with a great initiative to take on more responsibilities and being able to work independently.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$4000 or commensurate with experience and qualifications.
