Reporting to the Operation Director, in this regional payroll position you will assist the Manager to supervise and lead the team to process client payrolls in one or multiple countries meeting time lines and accuracy standards. You will provide payroll and operational support services to clients and manage escalated issues on day to day basis. Ensure payroll services meet the client specific service level agreements and are in accordance to organizational policies. Work closely with internal partners, where necessary. You will be point of contact for all team related matters and for system training of new employees.
To be successful in this role you should have 4-5 years of payroll processing experience. You must have managed a team of 2-3 payroll specialist for 2 years. This is a business fronting role. A good understanding of payroll processes, compliances and statutory requirements will help you on the job. Good hands on day to day experience of working on MS-Excel will be advantageous. Knowledge of payroll processing of other Asian (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan) countries a plus. You should be extrovert with good communication skills and should have ability to liaise with internal and external stake holders.
